Re: door glass
Not likely. There is very little from an original Healey that will fit these cars. The trunk hinges, trunk handle and maybe the grille are the only things I know off. The Saxon "may" be able to use original bumpers.
I had to replace a door glass in my Sebring 5000. I took the old broken window to a local glass shop and had them cut one. It's just flat safety plate. Any shop that can finish grind the cut edges should be able to do the job. My glass place even mounted the new window in the lower metal retaining bar.

Re: door glass
In that case I would set the window slider to its topmost position, and measure the height from that to the top of the quarter window frame. This will give you your overall glass height. You'll also need to measure the angle of the quarter window. Once you've put the convertible top on, you can follow the line of stitching that runs from the top of the quarter window and curves down to the rear of the door to get the right curve at the top of the glass. From these three measurements you can make a template to bring to the glass shop. One of the other members can probably help you out on glass thickness.

Here's the serial number for the side-glass in case it comes in handy.

I might amend my previous statement. I took a look at my car and the side glass doesn't follow the exact same curvature as the top stitching. It probably wouldn't hurt if it did, but you might want to use the hardtop (if you have one) for a better reference point.

Re: door glass
Glad to hear it's working out. Hope we see her back on the road soon!
Oh, other thought. Check your window slider to make sure it's level. Or alternatively, with the hardtop on, take separate window height measurements at the front and back. Depending on how the slider goes up and down inside the door (whether flat or at an incline) your window may need to be taller at one end. Best to check before getting the glasswork done.
