Unfortunately even if he doesn't know nor care what it is, he's probably asking a rather large amount of money. I guess that is where the market is at. I have noticed the prices start to drop a tad, maybe due to a shift in focus towards cars from the 70s. I would be curious to see how much he's asking. Can't find their website though.

I got a really good look at it because it was right up next to the window. It was flawless other than a few swirls in the paint. Chrome was perfect, even on the wheels. And from what I could see the brakes and interior were spotless. I'll keep an eye out for the price.

Update: Spoke to a guy at a local car meet (who owns an original healey as well) who had stopped into the showroom. Apparently they are asking 60,000$CAD and the guy said he had checked the underside and had found some hidden rust. What a shame.
