Window Shopping

Oh look what popped up in a small dealer showroom in my neighbourhood.  Please excuse the snowflakes, they are a frequent occurrence in these parts

I expect that the dealer doesn't really understand what sits next to that Porsche ...

Unfortunately even if he doesn't know nor care what it is, he's probably asking a rather large amount of money. I guess that is where the market is at. I have noticed the prices start to drop a tad, maybe due to a shift in focus towards cars from the 70s. I would be curious to see how much he's asking. Can't find their website though.

Let us know if you can find out what they are asking for it. It looks to be in excellent condition from the picture.

I got a really good look at it because it was right up next to the window. It was flawless other than a few swirls in the paint. Chrome was perfect, even on the wheels. And from what I could see the brakes and interior were spotless. I'll keep an eye out for the price.

Update: Spoke to a guy at a local car meet (who owns an original healey as well) who had stopped into the showroom. Apparently they are asking 60,000$CAD and the guy said he had checked the underside and had found some hidden rust. What a shame.
