Sebring 5000 vs Sebring MX Question
I am likely to be purchasing a "barn find" Sebring on Monday with no available history and I am wondering what the differences are between the 5000 and MX and how to tell them apart?

Re: Sebring 5000 vs Sebring MX Question
The easiest way to tell is the rear suspension.
I'll preface this with the term "almost always".
Sebring V8 cars have the Mustang II leaf springs and an 8" rear end with a flat top on the banjo housing.
MX has coil springs and 4 link suspension with an 8.8" rear end in a more rounded housing.
Also, MX is slightly wider in the rear with "fatter" flairs.
This is hard to notice until you've seen a few.
The car you posted pictures of, in your other listing, is a Sebring.
