Intake Manifold Water Filler Neck
My radiator fill neck is in the middle of the upper radiator hose and appears to be the recommendation for placement in the MX assembly manual, based on the two hoses in the manual. However, I have seen manifold water filler necks. I found a picture on line of one of our cars, but not on this forum. Does anyone recognize their engine, and/or specifically who makes the black, rectangle shaped radiator filler neck with the chevy cap

Re: Intake Manifold Water Filler Neck
This is the style that I'm familiar with.

That one MAY be custom built for that application. The radiator cap fittings are available. I've never seen one that is angled like that one, but I'm certainly no expert.
After looking a little more, I found this one:

Taller than the other one I found, but not angled. The triangle air cleaner probably wouldn't fit.
This is the closest I could get to what you posted. This one is for a -12 AN hose, not the typical 1.5 hose barb. Pricey$$$$!!!!

Thanks Hotrod for the information
Our air cleaner is round not triangle like that one
Wish they had one for regular hose not -12 AN, that is not "pull the plug" on the piggy bank expensive , that is "hit it with a hammer". I may go with the Moroso although it looks a little crude

If you need it taller (the filler cap should be the highest point) I think Moroso has a spacer available that raises it up a bit. You might have to go to the Moroso website to get the part number.

Re: Intake Manifold Water Filler Neck
Thanks guys,
The Moroso 63420 is on their website at about $83,
JEGS has what appears to be the same for about $50
(#53005) and anodized colors for around $62 (various parts numbers)
Speedway has one listed for a "big block" (don't think there is any difference between big and small block) for about $40 (#5752220)
