Hood lift support struts
Gang
Has anyone installed hood lift support struts on their Sebring louvered hood......Would like to know what kind you got due to the fact that the hood is very light on these cars and wouldn't require much lift. too much lift could damage the hood.
Thanks in advance

Re: Hood lift support struts
DG,
I don't know if this helps, but I used a 360N gas-spring. I mounted it to an after market hinge so that it would go over center when the hood was down. this way the hood doesn't try to lift when it is down.
