Body creaks Empty Body creaks

I’ve only had my car for a short time. Started noticing body creaking sounds on slow drives. I tried pushing down on the car while it’s sitting but can’t reproduce unless I’m driving. Does not sound like a suspension issue. More of a body to frame. Any ideas.
