Replacement seat

I have the low back black seat and the lower seat cushion is split / torn. Is there anywhere to buy new as I was quoted 350.00 to rebuild it and that seems high.

Several of us had bought, on Ebay, Mazda Miata Special Edition seats. They were only made for one year I think and were their only seat with separate adjustable headrest. They are very period correct looking, fit easily in the Healey, are very comfortable (lumbar and lateral support) and have fold-able locking backs. The Headrest opens the opportunity to install 3-point seat belts. Tan was a very common color and I found mine for about 300 bucks in worn but serviceable condition. The wife and I liked them so much I removed them, spent a grand custom reupholstering them to match the bright blue interior of our 66 C2 and installed seat heaters. Still love them. They pop up on Ebay from time to time. Worth a look.

I have a set of those seats. I was going to use them in my car but found a set that better supported my bad back.
