Dates Of Kit Manufacture?? Empty Dates Of Kit Manufacture??

Does anyone have a clue how to find out when a kit was manufactured by Classic Roadsters??

I have a foreign guy interested in mine (not sure I'll sell it to him) and says his country allows "Kit Date" for registration and tax value??

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
